Chicken and Vegetable Salad

1 Cup organic kale chopped

1 Cup organic Swiss chard chopped

1/2 Medium sweet potato chopped

3 Baked chicken tenders chopped

1 Organic Persian cucumber chopped

1 Organic tomato chopped

1 oz Goat cheese

1. Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.

2. Serve salad and sprinkle cheese on top.

3. Finish with a drizzle of Olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
