About Me

I’m Nicole DiBona an aspiring Sports Dietitian. I am here to inspire, motivate, and provide information to help you live a healthier life.

My passion for nutrition lead to my desire to help others live healthier lives. Leading a healthy lifestyle is important to me because I have not always been “healthy” or felt comfortable with my body. Incorporating proper nutrition and regular exercise in to my life made me realize how important these things are for both physical and emotional health. Leading a healthy lifestyle has taught me body acceptance. I used to think being thin would make my life better, it did not. Accepting myself and focusing on what really matters to me, health, is what made my life better. Nutrition and fitness are inextricably linked. To reach any health goal you must have proper nutrition and incorporate fitness in to your life. If you are unsure about what proper nutrition is, this is where I can help you the most.

I graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Nutritional Science in 2010 and have been working as a Diet Aide ever since. I have spent time interning with the Sports Nutrition team at UCLA. I am currently pursuing a masters degree in Kinesiology from UT at Tyler. I am happy to say that in the fall of 2014 I will begin  my dietetic internship, which will allow me to sit for the registry exam and become a Registered Dietitian.
